One-Time Purchase Products
All one-time purchase products, including Void. and Grimly., are final sale. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
Grimly. Full Bundle purchases are not eligible for partial refunds. Individual tools within the bundle cannot be separately refunded.
Subscription Products
Subscription products, including Hatch. and Boardroom., may be cancelled at any time.
Upon cancellation, no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the current billing period. Access to the subscription product will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial
Hatch. offers a 7-day free trial. If cancelled during the trial period, no charge will be applied. If the trial is not cancelled before the end of the 7-day period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the stated price.
