1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and by purchasing any products offered by AXIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products and Services

AXIS offers the following software products through this catalog:

Void. — A one-time purchase software tool available for $9.99. Payment is collected once at checkout and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Hatch. — A subscription-based product billed at $24.99 per month, which includes access to Coffer. Hatch. includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. See Section 4 for trial details.

Boardroom. — A subscription-based product billed at $24.99 per month. Boardroom. is currently listed as coming soon and is not yet available for purchase.

Grimly. — A one-time purchase product available as a Full Bundle for $14.99 or as individual tools from $5.99 each. Payment is collected once at checkout.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize AXIS to charge your payment method via Stripe for the applicable amount. All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). For subscription products (Hatch. and Boardroom.), your payment method will be billed automatically on a monthly basis at the start of each billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Free Trial

Hatch. offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is applied during the trial period. At the end of the 7-day trial, your payment method will be automatically charged $24.99 for the first monthly billing cycle unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. Trial eligibility is limited to new Hatch. subscribers and may not be combined with other promotions.

5. Cancellation and Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription to Hatch. or Boardroom. at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

6. Refunds

One-time purchases (Void. and Grimly.) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds except where required by applicable law. For subscription products, no prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods after cancellation. For full details on our refund practices, please review our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, software, content, branding, and materials available on this site are owned by or licensed to AXIS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, AXIS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable product for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the specific license terms accompanying that product. This license does not transfer ownership of the product or any underlying intellectual property to you.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities with respect to our products or this website: reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software product; redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing purchased licenses with unauthorized parties; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, accounts, or infrastructure; using our products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations; or scraping, copying, or reproducing site content without prior written permission from AXIS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AXIS expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AXIS does not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AXIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or this website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if AXIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, AXIS's total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to AXIS for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

AXIS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of this website or our products after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
